Whether coping with difficulties at home, school pressures, friendships, or navigating anxiety and depression, you’re not alone. Our counsellors are here to support you, listen without judging you, and help you understand what’s going on. You don’t need to know what to say. Just show up as you are.

Our services are designed to be flexible. We provide both online and in-person counselling so you can access support wherever you are.

For Parents/Guardians:

Confidential space for Young people aged 11-18. Can explore their feelings with a trained professional who understands the unique challenges of growing up. It gives them room to talk openly—often more freely than they can with the adults they love—while building emotional skills that support confidence, resilience, and healthier relationships.

You talk about whatever feels important. You can cry, sit quietly, explore feelings — it’s your time. Your counsellor might ask questions or help you think things through, but you’re in control.

Some people come for a few weeks, others for longer. You and your counsellor can decide together.

No problem, lots of people feel like that at first. Your counsellor will help you and you can take things at your own pace.

You can discuss this with your counsellor. Most people find between 5 and 10 sessions are about right.
