Join our Menopause and Relationships Workshop – a supportive and interactive session. Whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself or supporting a partner, this workshop focuses on awareness, communication, understanding change, strengthening connection and relationship resilience.
Menopause doesn’t just affect the body — it can have a profound impact on emotions, communication, intimacy, and relationships. This workshop creates a safe, informative, and compassionate space to explore how menopause can influence relationships and how understanding, empathy, and practical tools can help strengthen connection during this life transition. You’re welcome to attend solo or with a partner.
Facilitated by an experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor, this two-hour Zoom workshop explores a wide range of topics, including:
- Understand physical, emotional, and cognitive changes of menopause.
- Explore how these changes affect romantic, family, and social relationships.
- Learn communication strategies that strengthen connection during this life transition.
- Build confidence in navigating intimacy, identity shifts, and partnered dynamics.
